  142. the terms of this limited license will be prosecuted to the best of
  143. our ability. The conditions under which you may copy this software and

  164. following may distribute the evaluation version of OPTDRV32,
  165. completely unaltered, without further permission;

  167.    o  Individual users (for non-commercial use).
  168.    o  BBS sysops.
  169.    o  ASP vendors in good standing.

  171. For all other cases or to distribute in modified form, you must
  172. satisfy all of the distribution requirements expressed by the

  175.    o  The OPTDRV32 package is defined as containing all the material
  176.       listed in README.TXT.If any of the files listed in README.TXT
  177.       are missing, then the package is not complete and distribution
